Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Toys may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in their original condition with all hygiene seals intact.

For health and hygiene reasons, items cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Opened products can only be returned if confirmed faulty. In such cases, we will arrange a free return and replacement under the 1-year warranty.

Every La Casa 18 toy is crafted to the highest standards and comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers faults in materials or workmanship only and does not include general wear, misuse, or damage from alterations or disassembly.

Defective products confirmed within the warranty period will be replaced at no cost, with proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, toys cannot be returned once opened unless confirmed faulty.
